Job Description
Our client, a self-clearing financial services firm, is seeking a FinOps Consultant with strong experience inSEC Rule 15c3-3 and broker-dealer regulatory operations.
Requirements

Experience in aself-clearing broker-dealer environment
Strong knowledge of15c3-3 and related regulatory rules
Prior experience signing/supportingFOCUS reports
Experience with broker-dealer financial operations and compliance reporting
Strong communication and ability to work independently

Preferred

Client regulatory exposure
Prior consulting/interim support experience

Notes

Hybrid preferred (3 days onsite in Downtown Manhattan)
