Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience, preferablysupporting financial systems, ERP platforms, accounting systems, or enterprise business applications.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, general ledger concepts, reconciliations, reporting, month-end close, and financial controls.
- Working knowledge of SDLC processes and project delivery methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, development/configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Experience managingcross-functional projects involving Finance, Accounting, IT, business operations, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Ability to create and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, issue logs, decision logs, status reports, and action item trackers.
- Experience supporting requirements gathering, business process documentation, user acceptance testing, and change management activities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
