Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience inFP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial/Business Analytics, or Management Reporting.
• Strongfinancial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
• Experience building/improvingfinancial reports, KPI dashboards, or BI solutions.
• AdvancedExcel and experience with large/complex datasets.
• Experience partnering withAnalytics/Data/BI/IT teams.
• Strongproject management, stakeholder communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple workstreams in amatrixed environment.

Preferred

• Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or similar financial/analytics platforms.
• Commercial,MedTech, healthcare, manufacturing, or global/matrixed environment.
• Experience withdashboard automation, data requirements, KPI/metric governance, reporting controls, and FP&A process optimization.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
