  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to reporting, analytics, and data governance.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and business support as needed.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting calendars, dependencies, approvals, and timely distribution of deliverables.
  • Maintain account, opportunity, and sales-order classifications and tags in Salesforce and SAP; proactively identify and correct missing or inaccurate records.
  • Administer cooperative and GPO portals, customer rosters, master files, and related access requirements.
  • Prepare fee, rebate, and contract-compliance submissions and customer-facing files while protecting sensitive data and retaining supporting documentation.

Qualification:

  • Experience preparing recurring operational or financial reports
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet fixed weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or business-intelligence reporting
  • Ability to research data discrepancies and maintain clear supporting documentation
  • Experience handling confidential customer and sales information
  • Ability to follow SOPs and coordinate work across several stakeholders

  • Experience managing multiple recurring deliverables across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
  • Proficiency with customer portals, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint, and controlled file storage and access
  • Ability to maintain CRM/ERP master data and translate account, opportunity, order, and billed-revenue data across systems
