Major/Essential Functions

• Manage receipt distribution process from inception to delivery, and serve as the primary information resource for gift receipting.
• Assist with the new fund request process.
• Assist with financial reconciliations, reporting and other departmental projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to communicate well with both internal and external customers with a high degree of knowledge of accepted standards of courtesy and etiquette.
• Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple, changing and sometimes conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of proficiency, accuracy and timeliness. Excellent and creative writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business or accounting degree.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.).
