Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Duration: 4+ Months

Role Summary:
Provide advanced financial analysis and support business decisions throughfinancial modeling, accounting, forecasting, variance/trend analysis, reporting, budgeting, and risk/control management. Support month-end close, financial statements, and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA inFinance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years related practical experience.
• Strongfinance, accounting, and business analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Experience withfinancial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and ledger/account analysis.
• Knowledge ofGAAP, internal controls, audit processes, and reporting compliance.
• Ability to independently analyze complex financial issues and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
