Pay Range: $80 - $88/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a trusted advisor in shaping 1- and 3-year strategic plans, highlighting risks and opportunities to budget and margin.
  • Lead quarterly forecasting cycles, managing driver-based assumptions and timely escalations.
  • Own the monthly close and forecasting cadence, preparing executive-ready commentary on variances.
  • Conduct margin lever and unit economics analysis to inform leadership on business drivers.
  • Partner with the ICS Finance Team to streamline and automate reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare accounting entries and ensure accurate expense tracking and accruals.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 6+ years FP&A experience or equivalent tenure in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or analytics.
  • 4+ years of experience with financial forecasting or analytic modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Hyperion Essbase preferred.
  • Proven track record of translating business results into insightful narratives for leadership teams, ideally in high-growth software environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders using data.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage and execute projects with minimal supervision.
  • Grace under pressure with a good sense of humor and humility.
  • Experience with a Fintech business is a plus.
