A leading medical institution is seeking aFinancialAnalystto coordinate and track financial and administrative requests for its marketing and communications department.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track financial and administrative requests for the marketing and communications department, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, fund transfers, and other department transactions.
• Serve as a liaison between marketing and communications teams, vendors, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting, so requests are complete, accurate, properly documented, and submitted to the appropriate department for processing.
• Review requests for missing or inconsistent information, communicate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues, track request status, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain documentation and confidentiality for contracts, financial information, personnel-related information, and other sensitive records.

Financial Analyst Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in financial administration, business administration, operations coordination, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating requests, invoices, contracts, purchase orders, fund transfers, or other administrative and financial processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Workfront experience is preferred.
• Experience with Workday or EPSI is preferred.

Shift:

• Three 7-hour shifts per week, Tuesday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, on a consistent schedule throughout the assignment.
