The Opportunity

Are you interested in a career that combines relationship-building, entrepreneurship, and helping others achieve meaningful financial goals?

TheStrategic Financial Group Summer 2027 Internship Program is designed to provide students with hands-on exposure to the financial services industry while developing foundational skills in client relationships, business development, and strategic planning.

Throughout the program, interns will work alongside experienced financial advisors and gain firsthand insight into what it takes to build a successful, client-focused financial practice. You'll experience the day-to-day responsibilities of financial advisors, participate in professional development opportunities, and learn how financial planning impacts individuals, families, and businesses.

Successful interns who complete the program may be considered for future full-time opportunities with Strategic Financial Group following graduation.

What You'll Do

• Learn how financial advisors build meaningful client relationships through discovery, communication, and trust.
• Gain exposure to financial planning, wealth management, retirement strategies, and risk management concepts.
• Attend team meetings, client-focused discussions, and professional development workshops.
• Explore the entrepreneurial side of financial advising and the process of building a successful practice.
• Develop professional communication, networking, and business development skills.
• Experience the culture of a firm built on growth, integrity, collaboration, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date ofDecember 2027 or May 2028.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business and financial services.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and make an impact.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizens or permanent residents only).
