Job Title: Financial Accounts Coordinator
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: $23.00-$24.00/hour
Work Model: Remote
Our client inToronto, ON is actively looking for aFinancial Accounts Coordinatorto join their team.
Position Description:
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support Accounts Payable functions.
- Create, process, and manage vendor purchase orders while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Prepare customer quotations, enter sales orders, and support the order fulfillment process.
- Conduct inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure inventory accuracy (critical requirement).
- Utilize Sage 100 or a similar ERP system to manage inventory, accounts payable, purchase orders, sales orders, and customer quotations.
