- Overview & Responsibilities / Job Role Overview: Lead integrated mission-control governance across finance transformation workstreams, ensuring visibility of progress, risks, interdependencies, decisions, value realisation, and executive actions.
- Role Mandate: Establish the control-tower cadence, integrated programme plan, dependency map, critical path, RAID governance, decision architecture, executive dashboards, and escalation protocols across process, technology, data, change, testing, and deployment teams.
- Candidate Profile – Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Proven transformation PMO leadership with ability to run integrated mission-control governance across multiple finance workstreams.
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to convert complex programme information into clear, action-oriented leadership insights.
- Ability to challenge workstream plans, anticipate delivery risks, resolve dependencies, and drive cross-functional accountability.
- Strong command of programme governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, decision management, milestone control, and value tracking.
- Consulting presence with ability to engage senior stakeholders across finance, technology, data, change, testing, and delivery teams.
- Domain and Technology Skillset Required: Finance transformation PMO, ERP-enabled transformation, programme governance, Agile or hybrid delivery, transformation dashboards, RAID management, executive reporting, value tracking, dependency management, and finance process awareness across R2R, FP&A, Cash and Banking, controls, data, and change.
- Driving Transformation: Drive disciplined execution by improving programme transparency, reducing decision latency, strengthening dependency management, accelerating issue resolution, and enabling leadership focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Thought Leadership: Create reusable mission-control assets, governance playbooks, executive reporting models, transformation health-check frameworks, value tracking templates, and delivery assurance methods.
