About the role 

As ourFinance Specialistyou'll be the go-to person for invoicing, purchase orders, and approvals across our Czech, German, and Polish offices. This is a hands-on role for someonewho's detail-oriented, independent, and always thinking about how to improve the way we work. 

This is a part-time role at 0.5 FTE. We typically gather in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, and our preferred setups are either half-days daily or two full days plus a half — but if neither fits your life perfectly, we're happy to talk it through and find something that works for both sides.

Whatyou'llbedoing 

• Manageinvoicing andpaymentprocessingacrossourEuropeanentities (CZ, DE, PL) 
• Create andsendinvoicesbased on salesinputs, andfollow up oncustomerdocumentation 
• Handlepurchaseorders,licencerenewals, andapprovalworkflows 
• Keepspreadsheets,tables, andfinancialrecordsorganized andaccurate 
• CommunicatewithcolleaguesacrossEuropeanbranches aswell aswithclients toresolveday-to-dayissues
  
• Takeownershipofworkflow improvements -identifyinefficiencies,help designbetterprocesses, andsharepracticalsolutionswithothers 
  
  

Whatwe'relookingfor   

• Experience in AR/AP, finance support, or back-office finance roles 

• Solid knowledge of invoicing, invoice processing, and finance administration 

• Familiarity with accounting systems -experience with ABRA/Datev/wflow
  is a plus, not essential 

• Ability to manage multi-step processes and cross-border tasks independently 

• Czech on native level and English at level B2 for day-to-day communication with international colleagues and stakeholders 

• Detail-oriented,independent and good communicator 
• Someonewithdrive -notonly tocompletethedaily agenda, butalso toimproveworkflows andsuggestbetterwaysofworking
