Finance Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and Digital projects focused on optimizing and streamlining Finance processes.
• Coordinate internal Finance projects, ensuring collaboration among various Finance teams to achieve internal goals.
• Work with F&RS/IT and internal stakeholders across Finance and Tax to ensure on-time, quality delivery of the project portfolio.
• Establish and conduct meetings to communicate objectives, expectations, project roles, status updates, and track open issues.
• Scope projects and develop Implementation Project Plans.
• Conduct end-to-end process reviews on complex assignments.
• Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Develop measurable project goals and monitor progress towards achievement.
• Drive implementation consistency and quality through project management best practices.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project quality.
• Develop detailed project plans, including documentation, testing and executing protocols, tasks, budgets, timelines, and status metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of related experience, preferably within Financial Services Industries in international environments.
• Good knowledge of Project Management processes and workflow; PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Digital and Continuous Improvement mindset/experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or seniority levels.
• Consulting skills.
• Ability to effectively work with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• University degree in Finance/Accounting, Project Management, or Consulting profile.
• Strong interest in new technologies.
