Description
As a Finance Project Analyst, you drive outcomes for finance programs by developing end-to-end program plans and adjusting as necessary to stay on-track and achieve program goals. You provide subject-matter expertise in finance related processes throughout the product development cycle, and/or can recommend business/finance program, process, and system enhancements to leadership. As you develop rich working relationships, you work with group leaders to determine areas for optimization, deconstruct issues, and develop a scope and solution approach. You have advanced project management skills including budget/project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and process documentation. You are seen as a subject-matter expert in finance program management. You also demonstrate the behaviors expected of all employees as captured in the Teamwork Attributes. Responsibilities include:
- Drive the development of project/program roadmaps and use them to manage stakeholder expectations, as well as for communicating plans and coordinating resources.
- Leverage and apply subject matter expertise related to the supported domain/product/service to support or drive improvement efforts. Identify dependencies to solve or avoid issues and mitigate risks, and drive product/program excellence across functions.
- Drive the identification of work problems across and program goals across multiple teams or projects, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
- Develop rich relationships with internal finance teams, functional teams, and relevant stakeholders across functions to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
- Manage or drive the tracking of key finance program metrics based on program needs; manage cross-functional teams and drive action to ensure program success; help drive the development of corrective actions to address challenges.
- Drive risk identification and cross-functional risk assessment activities as well as monitoring risk in coordination with compliance stakeholders and recording its evolution and influence on project/program objectives.
- Establish and/or drive program vision and objectives; ensure program objectives are met or exceeded; present program vision and gain buy-in from executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders.Minimum role qualification requires proficiency in:
