Finance & Operations Specialist

Select is hiring a Finance and Operations Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the link between Finance, Product, and Client Services—owning invoicing, keeping up with accounts receivable, and assisting with logistics. It’s a fast-paced role where organization, accuracy, and problem-solving matter most. This role has tremendous growth potential, so the job description is not all encompassing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project invoicing and accounts receivable.

• Track project costs and margins to report on any unexpected variances.

• Reconcile small parcel invoices.

• Support client accounts with reporting and ad-hoc financial tasks.

• Collaborate across teams (Finance, Product, Client Services, Creative, Production).

• Provide support to our domestic and overseas logistics team with an emphasis on cost savings and timeline management.

• Spot opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities.

• Proactive, “get-it-done” attitude.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Some accounting/finance knowledge is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
