ThisRole

Aday is looking for an individual to help lead various finance and operationalworkstreams.  Within this internship, you will play a key role in buildinga thorough and accurate cost tracking system, SKU-level forecastingprojections, work on the implementation of a financial reporting software andmiscellaneous other projects.  You will have the opportunity toquarterback parts of the projects and play a pivotal role in creating processesthat will be used by the Aday team for years to come.

Theideal candidate has an analytical mindset, with some previous internship orwork experience in a quantitative role.  Your attention to detail isunparalleled and you are quick to notice discrepancies or anomalies. We don’texpect you to know all the answers but we do expect you to be open-minded,adaptable and willing to learn.  We are open to different experiencelevels and seniorities as long as the candidate has excellent analyticalskills, strong experience with excel and is excited to be a part of amission-driven team creating a better wardrobe.  Moreover, we admireindividuals who are not afraid to take the initiative or speak up when theyhave ideas!

• You're a strong communicator; from engineers to executives, you know how to talk and how to listen in remote, in-person, and written environments.

• You may be familiar with: SQL; APIs; Google Analytics; Shopify.

• You’re ready to build something new and be a core member of a small (but growing) and dedicated team.

• You likely have some experience at a startup, financial institution, consulting firm, accounting firm, or in a fast-paced business environment
