What you'll be doing

As the Finance Manager for Global Marketing and R&D at No7 Beauty Company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies that drive growth and innovation. You will partner closely with the Brand Growth Leadership Team, providing insights and analysis that influence key business decisions. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to impact marketing investments and product development across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance relationship with the Brand Growth Leadership Team and support the Head of Finance in partnering with the Chief Growth Officer.
• Liaise with Strategic Partnerships and Procurement teams on external marketing agency contracts.
• Drive financial modelling for new product development and innovation across No7 Beauty Company brands.
• Present post-launch appraisals and embed learnings into investment choices.
• Manage capital expenditure requests for investment into Marketing and R&D.
• Own brand performance reporting and be the key point of contact for senior stakeholder requests.
• Ensure rigorous financial processes and reporting for Global Marketing and R&D.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

• A qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner.
• Strong relationship-building skills across various stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in marketing or R&D finance.
• Familiarity with financial modelling for product development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to driving financial insights.
