Finance lead

We're Hiring | Finance Manager – Qualified CA
Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai
Experience: 5–10 years (preferred)

We are looking for a qualifiedChartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in end-to-end finance operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete finance and accounting operations.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, financial statements, and MIS.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and cost optimisation.
• Manage accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
• Oversee financial controls and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with operational teams and management for financial planning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified CA –Mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliances
• Experience in financial reporting, audits and team management
• Excellent Excel and ERP/accounting software skills
• Healthcare / Hospital industry experience preferred
