About the Internship

We are seeking aSummer Finance Intern to join ourTime to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on program is designed for those who are eager to gain real-world finance experience while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.

Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional business partnerships—while learning how finance drives decisions and supports teams across Brand & Marketing, Commercial (Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce), Supply Chain, and Corporate functions.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Support Finance team initiatives throughmeaningful project work that contributes directly to business decisions
  
  

• Assist withfinancial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data reconciliation
  
  

• Learn how financial insights drive strategy across a global organization
  
  

• Partner with adedicated mentor for guidance, feedback, and professional development
  
  

• Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions focused on finance and business fundamentals
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present acapstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
  
  

• Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a strong analytical mindset to team projects
  
  

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Currently pursuing aBachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  
  

• At least 18 years old by the start of the program
  
  

• Available to workin-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
  
  

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  
  

• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and financial concepts
  
  

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial tools or systems is a plus
  
  

• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
