Job Title: Accounting & Finance - Finance Analyst
Work Location: 1400 Treat Blvd, Walnut Creek CA
Pay Rate: 30-33/HRÂ
Hours:M-F 8-5

Team Overview:
Senior analyst on the team
Resource's typical working day:
Managing on a bi weekly basis AP packages for the client
Approval for invoices, coding on those invoices in the system
Lease administration
CAM reconciliations- annually occurs in Jan for the previous year- goes from Jan to June
After that a little more project based
Must Have Skills:
Strong finance and accounting, reconciliation skills
Very good demeanor
Professional appearance
Professional communication
Excel
Working with large data sets
Looking for someone enthusiastic
Need to be able to work independently
Intermediate math skills and problem solving skills
Nice to have skills:
Any kind of lease administration experience
Years of Experience:
Pretty junior role
Preference would be year or 2 of experience
Education
Prefer bachelor's degree
Software skills:
Excel
Interview Process:
Virtual interviews with team, final onsite
Summary:
As a Finance Analyst, you will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
