Finance Analyst

Job Responsibilities

Role Overview
Manage day-to-day accounting and support financial planning, reporting, project profitability, and client commercials for Atyeti’s technology services business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Manage statutory requirements across countries, including maintaining local entity registrations, filing statutory reports and tax returns, and coordinating legal, financial, and operational compliance across jurisdictions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and management reporting.
• Track project revenue, resource costs, margins, and profitability.
• Support RFP pricing, rate cards, proposals, and commercial analysis.
• Review Statements of Work (SoWs), financial terms, billing milestones, and change requests.
• Monitor invoicing, collections, and outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate payroll activities and support audits and internal controls.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, HR, and Legal on financial matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5–8 years of accounting and finance experience; IT services or consulting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, reconciliation, and financial analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of statutory reporting, tax compliance, and multi-country finance operations.
• Exposure to project accounting, pricing, and client billing preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
