- Preparation and review of Customer level profitability and delivered RAROC (actual Raroc for the period).
- Preparation of RAROC budget.
- Managing the RAROC calculator masters updation and assist in RAROC calculator upgradation.
- Adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle queries efficiently within given TAT

| About the Role and Key responsibilities |
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of customer-level profitability reports, including actual delivered RAROC for the reporting period.
- Develop and publish monthly RAROC dashboards with insightful commentary for senior management review.
- Maintain and update RAROC calculator master files; coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, including reconciliation of RAROC to RoE metrics.
- Address and resolve business queries related to delivered and expected RAROC within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Assist the team in automating reports and improving efficiency through process enhancements.

| Qualification |
Optimal qualification for success on the job is: - CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relevant experience in BFSI space would be welcome
- Basic analytical skills with good understanding of data handling in excel, SQL knowledge will be preferred.
