Job Title: Field Technical Support Consultant III
Location: Monterey, CA
Duration: 24 months

Overview: We are seeking a customer-facing Field Technical Support Consultant to provide onsite hardware repair and support for HP PC and printer products. This role involves troubleshooting, repair, installation, and customer education in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, workstations, RPOS systems, and printers.

• Configure hardware/software and assist with simple network components.

• Manage onsite service events and escalate technical issues when needed.

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication.

• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial commitments.

• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Experience in hardware repair and troubleshooting (PCs/printers).

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High school diploma required; college preferred.
