We are seeking a customer‐facing Field Technical Support Consultant to provide onsite hardware repair and support for HP PC and printer products. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, and repair of laptops, desktops, workstations, and printers in a fast‐paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware/software/network troubleshooting and repair
- Configure and install PC and printer components
- Deliver onsite customer support and manage service events
- Document work performed and maintain service standards
Requirements:
- Hands‐on technical/mechanical repair experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
