Job Title: Field Service Planner

Location: Saskatoon, SK

Introduction

The role is responsible for scheduling the execution of field services operations at customer sites. The role ensures that all parts, tools, instructions, and order details are made available to the field services execution workforce and that the closest, qualified Field Service Representative (FSR) is scheduled for the job to meet customer requirements and workforce optimization. This role interacts with end customers, requiring strong communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Associate degree and/or equivalent experience (1-2 years experience)
• Expertise in MS Office Applications
• Excellent analytic skills
• Self-starter and quick learner
• Good public speaking and communication skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Knowledge of field service business
• Experience in customer care center
• Minimal technical knowledge on products

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Check and enrich work orders to be scheduled in systems
• Prepare and prioritize interventions in backlog
• Assign work orders determining best date/timing
• Communicate proactively with customers
• Monitor the smooth execution of interventions
• Participate in regular meetings with field services execution team
