This full-time Field Sales Insights Manager role will drive field sales effectiveness and efficiency through data-led decision making, ensuring the right coverage, in the right stores, at the right time, with the right tasks and players. The role will collect, transform and translate internal and external data into simple, actionable insights that optimise resources, improve execution and drive performance. Working closely with Field Sales leadership as well as internal and external stakeholders, they will build reporting and tools that create a consistent, accessible view of performance and enable better decisions across the field organisation.
This role is open from 9th October 2026 until 7th November 2026.
FIELD STRATEGY, PLANNING & RESOURCE OPTIMISATION
- Develop and execute data-driven field strategies that maximise return on investment, drive perfect store execution, and strengthen our competitive position across all channels.
- Support business planning, target setting, trimesterly bonus scheme, and recommendations on field structure.
- Optimise territory coverage, store prioritisation, and resource allocation using Red Bull tools and frameworks.
- Support field deployment decisions, ensuring the right capability is aligned to the right outlet and right task.

PERFORMANCE LEADERSHIP, FIELD EFFECTIVENESS & REVIEW
- Lead reviews of field initiatives, deployment strategies, and structural changes to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Turn insights into actionable recommendations that optimise future coverage, deployment, and capability models.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance through KPIs, driving coaching, recognition, and performance improvement.
- Drive field effectiveness through time in trade, combining data insight with real-world execution.

TOOLS, DATA & GOVERNANCE OWNERSHIP
- Own field tools, data governance and planning frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure reliable field data availability and delivery through a scalable Snowflake framework, partnering with cross-functional Insights teams.
- Oversee forecasting, ROI modelling, and performance reporting to support investment and resource decisions.
- Drive the development of image recognition, Copilot-enabled insights, and future field capabilities.
- Ensure field data, reporting, and insights support informed strategic and operational decision-making across the business.

CAPABILITY BUILDING, ENGAGEMENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Build capability across Field Sales through training, coaching, and data-led decision making.
- Foster strong partnerships across Field Sales, Commercial teams, HQ, and external stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback that enhance decision-making and team performance.
- Own and lead Planning Meetings, setting the agenda and ensuring clear outcomes.
- University Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in FMCGÂ Sales Strategy, Commercial Insights or Revenue Growth Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SAC, and other data visualisation tools.
- Strong data visualisation and modelling skills, with experience using SQL, Python, and AI-powered analytics tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
- Strong understanding of field execution, outlet segmentation, coverage optimisation, and resource deployment.
