MUST:
Experience coordinating field operations, dispatch, or logistics is preferred. However, initiative, independent judgment, and the ability to get things done without handholding are essential.
Coordinate drone operator schedules, travel arrangements, and field assignments.
Manage equipment logistics, including shipping, tracking, and ensuring equipment is available when needed.
Coordinate field requirements, including site access, equipment readiness, and personnel availability.
Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, and other operational challenges.
DUTIES:
We need a highly organized, proactive individual to manage scheduling and logistics for our drone operators, equipment, and field data collection activities across multiple projects.
