Field Operation Graduate Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail orientedFirst Level Support Officer, Field Operations to provide frontline support to field teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for drivers and field personnel, helping resolve operational and basic technical issues, monitoring field activities, coordinating incident resolution, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line operational support to field personnel. 

• Respond promptly to support requests via phone, email, and messaging platforms. 

• Assist with troubleshooting mobile applications, devices, connectivity, and reporting issues. 

• Monitor daily field activities, attendance, task completion, and operational performance. 

• Track and escalate operational incidents, vehicle issues, and service disruptions. 

• Maintain accurate records of field activities, incidents, deployments, and support requests. 

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and technical challenges. 

• Support vehicle, asset, and logistics management processes. 

• Prepare operational reports and provide updates on recurring issues and risks. 

• Ensure adherence to client requirements, company procedures, and quality standards. 

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 

• Experience in operations support, helpdesk support, customer service, logistics coordination, or a similar role. 

• Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting, mobile applications, and computer systems. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams. 

• Experience supporting drivers, field teams, or distributed workforces is an advantage. 

• Familiarity with ticketing systems, incident tracking, or operational dashboards is a plus.
