Field Maintenance Technician

What will you do ?

• Keep our Skypod® system and robot fleet running at their best. 

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues. 

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges. 

• Improve system reliability and customer performance. 

• Support customer training and deliver exceptional service experience. 

What to expect ?

• Competitive annual gross base salary + Additional salary increase (%) based on the applicable work schedule, in line with the collective agreement + Annual ExoBonus

• Working hours: Day shift, you may be required to work on-call shifts (on a rotating schedule), night shifts, or weekend shifts on an occasional basis.

• Travel expectations: between sites - Brussels and Liege area

What we're looking for :

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. 

• Hands-on knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor systems, bearings, belts, chains, rollers, motors, drives, sensors and actuators. 

• Ability to read electrical schematics, monitor system performance and handle basic software troubleshooting. 

• Calm, reliable problem-solver able to diagnose breakdowns quickly, identify root causes and make decisions under pressure. 

• Curious, customer-focused team player with clear communication
