About the job

The Trade Partnership Lead manages Sanofi's external distribution and outsourcing partnerships across CSE MCO, ensuring business execution, governance, compliance, and financial oversight in line with GBU priorities. This role is the primary "One Sanofi" interface with external distribution partners and the central coordination point for all partnership-related activities.Ā 

Main responsibilities

  • Partnership ManagementLead and manage day-to-day relationships across CSE MCO, ensure contractual services, performance, product availability, and act as the single "One Sanofi" point of contact.Ā 
  • Partnership Governance & Planning Lead governance frameworks, coordinate meetings, manage business planning, and maintain audit-ready documentation and RACI alignment.Ā 
  • Contract & Negotiation Management Lead negotiations on distribution agreements, manage contracts, resolve disputes, and maintain decision records and archives.Ā 
  • Project & Transition ManagementCoordinate implementation and transition projects across all functions, oversee divestment processes, and ensure smooth partner operations.Ā 
  • Financial Oversight & Monitoring Validate partner invoices, monitor KPIs, maintain Power BI reporting, oversee audits, and ensure financial compliance.Ā 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Escalation Serve as the primary escalation point, ensure One Sanofi alignment across all functions, including GxP, and drive continuous improvement.Ā 
  • Compliance & Internal Controls Own internal control processes, lead audit activities, and ensure adherence to Sanofi policies and regulatory requirements.Ā

About you

RequiredĀ 

• Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, or related fieldĀ 

• 5+ years in trade/revenue operations, channel/partner management, or PMO rolesĀ 

• Proven experience managing external partnerships, distribution networks, and complex projectsĀ 

• Strong negotiation and contract management skillsĀ 

• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experienceĀ 

• Knowledge of CSE MCO market dynamics and regulatory environmentĀ 

• Fluency in English; regional languages a plusĀ 

PreferredĀ 

• MBA or advanced degreeĀ 

• Cross-country partnership and divestment experienceĀ 

• Digital transformation and Power BI experienceĀ 

• GxP knowledge and PMO certificationĀ

Poland: Salary range is 235,200 - 352,800 PLN annual

Hungary: Salary range is 16,432,000 - 24,648,000 HUF annual

The salary range for this position is :zł235Ā 200,00 - zł313Ā 600

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
