What you'll do...

Role summary:
The Group Director, People Strategy leads the Strategy & PMO team for Global Tech & Product, translating business priorities into talent, workforce, and execution strategies. This leader drives organizational transformation, location strategy, AI and role evolution, and scalable talent systems while owning the organization’s strategic operating rhythm. As a senior advisor, they use data, insights, and governance to improve decisions, accountability, and execution—ensuring focus on the highest-value priorities.
About the team:
The Strategy & PMO team is a strategic partner to our Global Tech & Product People Partners, helping translate business and workforce priorities into scalable talent strategies and disciplined execution. The team leads across three core areas—Strategic Talent Pipeline & Growth, Workforce of the Future & AI, and Strategic Insights & Enablement—bringing together talent systems, organizational and workforce transformation, data-driven insights, and strong operating rhythms. Through close partnership with People and business leaders, the team helps shape future roles and organizations, strengthen internal talent pipelines, accelerate key priorities, and enable faster, more informed decision-making across Global Tech & Product.
What you'll do:

Lead integrated people strategies aligned to Global Tech & Product priorities, transformation, and growth.
Shape future workforce strategies across org design, location, AI, roles, and capabilities.
Build scalable talent systems that strengthen mobility, succession, development, and critical-role readiness.
Turn workforce data into actionable insights and informed talent decisions.
Drive operating rhythms, governance, and planning to strengthen alignment and execution.
Advise and connect People Partners, COEs, business leaders, and stakeholders on complex initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field and 7 years’ experience in human resources, communication, journalism, business, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in human resources, communications, business, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
