Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

Reporting & Optimization Specialist

Type of Employment:Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements:A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Reporting & Data Modeling

• Build, maintain, and enhance reporting models using Excel and Power BI.
• Develop scalable data structures to support business insights, performance tracking.
• Ensure that reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, validated, and aligned with internal governance.

2. Compliance Support

• Oversee and support Circle K Procurement and Brands (CKPB)  workflows, ensuring all calculations and documentation meet CKPB policy requirements.
• Audit numerical inputs and outputs to confirm full compliance with established financial and procurement standards.
• Ensure accuracy, traceability, and proper recording of contract‑related data and pricing structures.

3. Process Optimization & Automation

• Facilitate process‑improvement projects across procurement and reporting workflows.
• Design and implement Excel/Power BI‑based automation solutions to reduce manual work and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimization initiatives.

4. Data Tracing & Analysis

• Trace, validate, and reconcile multi‑source datasets to ensure accuracy of financial and procurement records.
• Make fast, sound decisions on how to classify and record different procurement contracts and related financial data.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Follow‑through

• Collaborate proactively with cross‑functional teams to collect missing data, clarify discrepancies, and drive timely resolution.
• Follow up persistently and professionally to ensure actions are completed and processes remain compliant.
• Facilitate transparent communication on reporting requirements, deadlines, and process changes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in English

• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred.
• Excellent data tracing and analytical abilities.
• Fast learner with the ability to understand diverse procurement contracts and their reporting implications quickly.
• Experience in process optimization and building data models using Excel/Power BI is an advantage.
• Highly proactive, structured, and reliable in driving follow‑ups and closing open items.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
