As aFunding Administrator, you'll help drive the final step of the vehicle purchase process by ensuring lender funds are properly received, reconciled, and applied. You'll collaborate with lenders, dealership teams, and accounting professionals to resolve discrepancies, manage transactions, and keep funding moving efficiently. Target Hiring Range:$20.00–$22.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Review, post, and reconcile funds received from lenders for vehicle purchases.
• Track and manage funding through accounting systems, manufacturer websites, and lender platforms.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, missing information, and funding issues.
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Partner with dealership accounting teams and internal stakeholders to answer questions and provide updates.
• Maintain detailed records and proactively identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support reporting, audits, and special projects as needed.
• Contribute ideas that help streamline processes and improve the overall funding experience.

What You'll Bring

• Experience working with financial transactions, reconciliations, accounting support, banking, lending, or similar detail-oriented work.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and solve problems efficiently.
• Confidence working with data, systems, and spreadsheets.
• Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups, are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Total Rewards

At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $16.85–$24.05/hr, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
