Play by Play Announcer (Per Diem)

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Responsible for providing a live, detailed description of action during Babson home sporting events. 
• Narrate the play by play, share important statics and information such as score, player’s numbers and stats. 
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required. 

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED 

• Bachelor’s Degree  
• Aminimum of 1+ years of relevant experience. 
• Must haveexcellent written and oral communication skills; must work well in team environment. 
• Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results. 
• Ability toanticipate andembracechange; demonstrate willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks; and is flexible in changing conditions. 
• Must havestrong computer and technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). 

HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK 

Some nights and weekends required. 

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $25.  This position includes paid sick leave where required by law. Eligibility, accrual, and usage will follow applicable state and local regulations.
