Your Role:
As a Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include:

🍹Overseeing the service of drinks, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
✨Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
💷Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
🔄Managing stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times.
👥Leading and motivating the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
