Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedMechanical Assembler to join our Rubidium Department. The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling, fitting, and securing mechanical components and subassemblies into finished products while following established specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, fit, align, and secure mechanical components and subassemblies using hand tools and power tools.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly specifications.
• Perform foam encapsulation and staking processes in accordance with established procedures.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, workmanship, and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify and communicate assembly issues or discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with foam encapsulation and staking is a plus.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Salary Range $45K-$48K Based On Experience

In addition, we operate on a 9/80 work schedule, which gives employees every other Friday off. This schedule includes longer workdays—9 hours and 45 minutes with a mandatory 45-minute lunch break. One week consists of four workdays (36 hours), and the following week includes five workdays (45 hours). Despite this variation, employees are paid for a consistent 40-hour workweek, with weekly pay.
