Feeder Dispatch Lead – UPS

Job Type: Full-Time | 2-Month Contract
Work Location: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours per week
Shifts Available:

• 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Overtime and occasional weekends may be required.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Feeder Dispatch Lead for a 2-month contract assignment to oversee UPS dispatch operations, coordinate driver schedules, monitor trailer movements, and ensure efficient transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch activities and driver schedules.

• Monitor driver hours of service and DOT compliance.

• Track trailer movements, inventory, and load status.

• Coordinate yard operations and shifter performance.

• Review reports to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Update driver schedules and provide performance feedback to UPS management.

Requirements

• Must be a retired UPS management employee OR a former UPS employee with positive rehire status referred by the Hiring Manager.

• Previous UPS Feeder Dispatch experience.

• Knowledge of UPS systems, including TFCS, HFCS, and SADE.

• Understanding of DOT hours-of-service regulations.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work onsite in warehouse, cold-temperature, and potentially outdoor environments.
