Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Logistics Operations Clerks to support daily transportation and warehouse operations. This role involves coordinating trailer assignments, entering data, tracking operational activity, and maintaining accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities

Assign trailers to drivers and update information in the system.

Enter and process employee timecards.

Monitor trailer activity and volume forecasts.

Maintain daily operational reports and databases.

Support accurate and efficient daily operations.
Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Strong data entry and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work outdoors as needed in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow. Proper attire is required.
