Yard Operations Clerk – Overnight Shift
Location: New Stanton, PA
Contract Duration: 2 Months
Schedule: Sunday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.65 per hour
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Yard Operations Clerk to support daily transportation and logistics operations. This position involves coordinating trailer assignments, entering operational data, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Assign trailers to drivers and accurately enter assignment information into the system.

Enter and maintain employee timecard information.

Review trailer and volume forecasts to support daily operations.

Maintain and update operational reports, records, and databases.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry.

Support daily administrative and logistics activities.
Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Strong data entry and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working in a transportation or warehouse environment.
Work Environment

Overnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday through Friday.

Position may require outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
