• 42710: Sunday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• 42715: Sunday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM

• 42718: Sunday–Friday, 1:00 AM–6:00 AM

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Feeder Associate to support daily transportation and logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating trailer assignments, entering operational data, monitoring trailer and volume forecasts, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign trailers to drivers and accurately enter assignment information into the system.

• Enter and maintain employee timecard information.

• Review trailer schedules and volume forecasts to support daily operations.

• Maintain and update operational reports, databases, and records.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry.

• Support daily transportation and logistics activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Work Environment

• May require outdoor work in various weather conditions, including extreme cold, heat, rain, and snow.

• Appropriate clothing for outdoor working conditions is required.
