• 43403: Sunday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Feeder Associate to support daily transportation and logistics operations. This position involves coordinating trailer assignments, maintaining accurate records, entering operational data, and assisting with daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign trailers to drivers and accurately enter assignment information into the system.

• Input and maintain employee timecard information.

• Review trailer and volume forecasts to support daily operations.

• Maintain and update operational reports and databases.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry.

• Support daily transportation and logistics activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to accurately enter and maintain information in computer systems.

• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

• Position may require outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.

• Appropriate clothing and protective attire are required based on weather conditions.
