Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking to hire aSenior Bookkeeper in our Waterford City office.

Full time hours: 37.5 hrs per week (in office work only). Working hours are Monday- Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am-2pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with accounts preparations & Tax returns for our clients
• Data entry
• Bank Reconciliation
• Ad hoc duties
• VAT, PAYE & RCT Returns

Candidate Profile:

• Current Experience in a similar role in a practice environment essential.
• Confident with figures and have good computer skills.
• Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Be flexible and well organised
• Be a natural team player, comfortable working closely in a team environment
• Experience with Bright payroll, Sage cloud bookkeeping essential.
• Knowledge of Bright accounts production and autoentry desirable.
