The Knauf APAC Management Trainee Program is designed for engineering graduates who want to learn fast, contribute from day one and build a career with purpose.Whether your background is in mechanical, chemical, electrical, structural,  architecture, civil engineering, business, marketing, economics, finance and accounts, or a related engineering or commercial discipline, you will have the chance to apply what you have learned in a hands-on, high-impact environment.

What you can expect

Our APAC Management Trainee Program, also known as LEAP – LEaders Acceleration Program, is a 24-month development journey built to help you grow quickly and confidently.

Through the programme, you will receive:

• hands-on experience across different parts of the business (Manufacturing (Production & Process), Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Teams)

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessments, followed by case study assessment centre and panel interview.

The employment start date will be early 2027.
