Family Resource Home Care invites you to join our award-winning caregiving team! We are looking to hire individuals who are passionate about providing care that increases the quality of life for our clients and keeps them safe and independent.

Our Skagit office is looking for caregivers located in Burlington and across Skagit County!Not certified? Ask us about our In-House HCA Training program.

Pay range: $21.00-$22/hr

Current Client Needs:

• Anacortes caregivers experienced with high triage and hospice care
• Weekendcaregivers highly needed, 12pm-7pm availability. Differential pay offered!
• Camano Island - Overnight 11pm-7a
• Anacortes - Hours available from 8a-10p and 3p-10p
• Drivers Needed! We require an active WA DL, Auto Insurance and Reliable Vehicle + we reimburse you .60 cents per mile!

What will you do as an In Home Caregiver?

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• Paid HCA Training Available!We also offer Nurse Delegation Certification Training. Details discussed during interview.

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
