Snowmass Club is looking for aPM Facilities Supervisor who brings strong leadership, technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining exceptional facilities and service standards throughout the evening shift.

β¨What Youβll Do
π₯Leadership & Team Supervision
- Supervise evening and night shift Engineering team members.
- Serve as the primary contact for Engineering operations during the evening.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and service excellence.
- Delegate appropriate responsibilities to encourage employee growth and accountability.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Support management and co-workers to maintain a positive work environment.
π§Engineering Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee evening operations and ensure continuity of services.
- Monitor and maintain building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Respond to and coordinate evening service requests.
- Support evening maintenance projects and operational initiatives.
- Monitor work order completion and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
- Conduct inspections of facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Assist in maintaining preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
- Troubleshoot equipment and resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively.
- Support the maintenance, repair, and operation of Club facilities and equipment.
π¨Safety & Emergency Response
- Lead emergency response efforts during the evening shift.
- Maintain emergency response readiness and ensure appropriate procedures are followed.
- Make sound decisions during emergency situations.
- Monitor building systems and life safety equipment to help ensure a safe environment for members, guests, and employees.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure operational concerns are addressed promptly.
πCommunication & Coordination
- Coordinate communication between shifts to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate important operational updates, outstanding work orders, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate team members and management.
- Provide clear direction and support to evening Engineering team members.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to address facility needs and service requests.
- Maintain a commitment to providing exceptional service to members, guests, and employees.
πTraining & Continuous Improvement
- Support the development of Engineering team members through training, coaching, and delegation.
- Identify opportunities to improve facility operations, maintenance practices, and work order efficiency.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and seek additional training as needed.
- Support departmental goals and initiatives that promote safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
π’Departmental Support & Additional Responsibilities
- Represent the Engineering Department in the absence of the Facilities Manager.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as requested.
- Accommodate a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
