Facilities Compliance Specialist (On-site)

We are seeking a Facilities Compliance Specialist for our client in York, PA. This position will advise facilities leadership on regulatory compliance, operational risks, and safe work practices across office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments.

• Review upcoming facilities projects, assess risks, and recommend measures to control potential hazards.
• Conduct inspections and audits, coordinate corrective actions, and track follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with Safety, Health, and Environmental teams to monitor operations and reduce employee risk.
• Coordinate Regulatory Inspection, Permits, and Testing (RIPT) activities, including scheduling, planning, and securing resources for work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment and hazard analysis processes and train employees on their use.
• Administer Safe Work Permits and maintain safety documentation and regulatory assessments.
• Track safety data and performance metrics using online management systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Coach employees and contractors on safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Support a collaborative culture of safety and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Typically four years of experience in a full-service facilities management environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, EPA, FCC, and local building and safety codes.
• Experience in office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel for data tracking and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical experts, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.

Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
