Facharbeiter / Zerspanungsmechaniker / Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) Mechanik - Profilcenter

Ihre Aufgaben

• Vorbereiten und Rüsten von Maschinen (Zerspanung)
• Bearbeiten und Prüfen von Werkstücken
• Steuern und Überwachen der organisatorischen Abläufe, z. B. Festlegen der Auftragsreihenfolge, Bereitstellen von Arbeitsmitteln sowie Beseitigen von Störungen
• Sicherstellen der Fertigungsqualität
• Durchführen von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
• Arbeitsfolgen im ERP-System (z. B. SAP) melden
• Anleiten und Unterweisen von Mitarbeitern mit geringerer Erfahrung bzw. Qualifikation

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene dreijährige Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf (z. B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker) oder eine vergleichbare qualifizierte Ausbildung
• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der maschinellen Fertigung / Metallbearbeitung und in der Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden
• Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC, idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP bzw. ERP-Systemen
• Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
• Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Mehrarbeit
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Pay Transparency
 
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.  

Annual Gross Compensation Range: 

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as short or long-term incentives, which are discretionary and governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.
