Senior Infrastructure Engineer | Permanent WFH | Night Shift

We’re currently hiring for two available shifts:  

Dayshift: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PH time 

Nightshift: Monday to Friday, 11 PM to 8 AM PH time

Position Summary 

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatileSenior Infrastructure Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance technology infrastructures. This role is responsible for managing and supporting on-premises and hybrid environments, including servers, virtualization platforms, data center infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, storage, backup solutions, and end-user technical support. 

The ideal candidate is a hands-on infrastructure generalist with strong troubleshooting abilities and broad experience across enterprise technologies. This individual will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of our organization's and/or our client’s infrastructure while delivering exceptional support to users. 

Essential Responsibilities 

• Administer and support Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services. 

• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, user accounts, permissions, and identity management. 

• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, and user support. 

• Maintain VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting virtual machines. 

• Support physical servers, storage systems, and data center operations. 

• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity. 

• Assist with network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPN connectivity, and wireless environments. 

• Provide Tier II/III technical support and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues. 

• Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, hardware, and end-user technology problems. 

• Implement security best practices, system patching, and vulnerability remediation. 

• Maintain technical documentation and participate in infrastructure projects and upgrades. 

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support organizational technology needs. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. 

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments. 

• Experience providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting. 

• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. 

• Strong experience with:  

• Windows Server Administration 

• Active Directory 

• Microsoft 365 Administration 

• VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V 

• DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy 

• Backup and recovery solutions 

• Storage technologies and data center operations 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms. 

• Knowledge of networking technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and switching. 

• Experience with PowerShell or automation tools. 

• Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft, CompTIA Server+, Network+, or CCNA.
