Bonus Opportunity: Additional $15 per assisted Driveway delivery

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays ask for open availability)

Audi St. Paul is looking for an organized, customer-focusedSales & Finance Support team member to help keep our Sales and Finance operations moving. You'll support deal processing, funding, vehicle deliveries, and day-to-day dealership operations while helping create a smooth experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Prepare deals and support Finance Managers with documentation.
• Assist with funding and CIT management.
• Scan, organize, and maintain deal paperwork.
• Coordinate Driveway communication and assisted customer deliveries.
• Support vehicle stocking and lot organization.
• Serve as a runner and assist with daily Sales and Finance needs.
• Partner with Sales and Finance Managers to keep deals moving efficiently.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in a title clerk, automotive dealership office, Sales/Finance support, or similar administrative role.
• 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Experience with online motor vehicle agencies
• Familiarity with CDK Dealer Management System
• Strong organization
• Customer-focused and a team-first attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Total Rewards
The (Hourly/Salary) Wage Range for this position is: $20.00-$22.00

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
