Line Cook - Three Bears Brewery & Restaurant - Staff Housing Available

We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us at Three Bears! A craft brewery in a National Park, in a restaurant, in a forest. Complete with a stargazing retractable roof, beer garden & 25-foot pine tree, our restaurant will make you feel like you're dining outdoors all year round. Our menu features tasty chef-inspired food meant to be enjoyed with beer made here. • Earn up to$31.50/hr in summer (Wage $20.00–$24.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)

What You'll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• No culinary experience? No problem! We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time
• Fast food or culinary experience is an asset
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Attention to detail and consistent quality, even during high volume service
• Strong work ethic and great communication skills
• Passion for the culinary industry, with a drive to learn and grow
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Flexible full time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
